The Kit Digital SMEs 2022 program has been launched, which is the first call for grants of the Kit Digital program. In the BOE dated February 26, 2022, a resolution has been published announcing the first call for aid for the digitalization of companies with between 10 and 49 employees.
The Kit Digital program has a budget of 3,067 million euros, financed by the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds.
The deadline for submitting applications begins on March 15 at the Red.es electronic headquarters and will be open for 6 months or until the funds are exhausted.
Kit Digital SMEs 2022 Program
The digital vouchers for the digitalization of these SMEs will have an amount of 12,000€. With these bonds they will be able to acquire the solutions offered by the Kit Digital program. With it, the SMEs will be able to acquire the digitalization solutions for key areas such as the following.
- website and internet presence
- social network management
- e-commerce
- customer management; virtual office services and tools
- business intelligence and analytics
- process management
- electronic invoicing
- secure communications
- cybersecurity.
The grants will be monetary provisions to finance the adoption of digitization solutions available on the market whose references are included in the Program’s Catalog of Digitization Solutions with the following limits per Solution.

How to apply for the Kit Digital Pymes 2022 voucher
There are two phases to get this bonus.
In the first phase there are the following essential steps.
First, register in the private area of www.acelerapyme.es and complete the self-diagnosis test, which takes no more than 10 minutes.
In addition, you should consult the information available on the digitization solutions of the Digital Kit program, where you can choose one or more of those offered by the digitizing agents.
Finally, apply for the aid in the electronic headquarters of Red.es.
Once the aid is granted, we enter the second phase.
The first thing to do is to access the catalog of digitalizing agents adhered to www.acelerapyme.es and select the agent with which you want to develop digital solutions.
Then, contact the digitizing agents and sign the “agreement for the provision of digitization solutions”.
Clarifications to the application
A catalog will be created with the first digitizing agents to join. They are the only ones authorized to sign the “digitization solutions provision agreements” with the beneficiaries of the subsidies. This catalog will be available at www.acelerapyme.es from March 10.
The deadline to become a digitizing agent will be open for the entire duration of the Digital Kit program. Therefore, this catalog will be expanded as membership applications are resolved.
The digitizing agents are the entities authorized to sign “agreements for the provision of digitization solutions” with the companies that are beneficiaries of the Digital Kit program and holders of the digital voucher. Their function is to collaborate and help SMEs in the process of applying for aid. They will also be voluntary representatives and in the control actions derived from them.
They will be the ones to present all the supporting documentation and, once the service has been provided and its justification has been approved, the ones to receive the payment of the digital bonus.
In order to facilitate access to the subsidies as much as possible, the figure of the “voluntary representative” has been enabled. This means that any duly authorized third party, whether an individual or a legal entity, may apply for the aid on behalf of the SME.
The aid will be granted directly, under the sole criterion of the order of presentation of applications and the availability of sufficient credit, once the verification of the fulfillment of the requirements has been carried out.
