At Arrabe Integra, we have a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, accounting experts and prosecutors who will advise you to reach out-of-court payment agreements with your debtors to avoid legal conflicts. Even resorting to mediation procedures, if this were appropriate.

Now, if credit satisfaction is not possible, we will go to a litigation phase. Always previously evaluating the viability of the demand, the solvency of the debtor and possibilities of execution and collection. And we will do it through advice always focused on the interests of the client.

Expert consultants in debt management

We have a team of qualified trial attorneys who, organized on the basis of the matter, will defend the interests of our clients, in claiming the amounts owed, interposing payment, ordinary, exchange procedures, execution of sentences, with derivation even of liability to the administrative bodies of the companies, depending on the concurrent circumstances in each case.

The intervention of our tax team will allow our client to recover VAT from failed collection operations.

Analysis of the debt support documentation
Investigation of the debtor’s solvency:
- Equity situation of the company in its case.
- Legal incidents.
- Creditor contest situation.
Extrajudicial debt claim through burofax or alternative notification systems, with the dual objective of trying to satisfy the debt and as a previous step to a lawsuit.
Management of telephone collection. Extrajudicial negotiation with the debtor on the viability of paying the debt. Drafting, where appropriate, of the supporting documents of the payment agreements reached with it.
Regular communications on the evolution of the entrusted matter.
Debtors in pre-bankruptcy or bankruptcy situations: advice on the different phases of the bankruptcy, its evolution and any other additional information that may affect the client and his credit.
- Adhesions to pre-contest agreements.
- Hint of credit before the bankruptcy administration.
VAT recovery management: in accordance with Law 37/92 and corresponding, modification of the VAT tax base on failed collection operations:
- Debt valuation for VAT recovery tax purposes.
- Filing of initial order for payment procedure (in standard model and for exclusively tax purposes).
- Issuance of the necessary corrective invoices.
- Communication to the Tax Agency with the legally established documentation.
- Subsequent communication to the debtor.
