Peculiarities in the Recovery of the Hostelry in Phase Zero
In addition to all the health regulations that operate in the field of hostelry and catering activity, the following is established:
- It may be carried out by means of home delivery services and by the collection of orders by customers in the corresponding establishments. Consumption inside the establishments is prohibited.
- In home delivery services, a preferential distribution system may be established for persons over 65 years of age, dependents or other groups that are more vulnerable to COVID-19 infection.
- In the services of collection in the establishment. The customer must place the order beforehand and the establishment will set a schedule for collection. Avoiding agglomerations in the vicinity.

Risk prevention measures for staff

- The workers who join their jobs may not have symptoms of coronavirus or be in a quarantine phase for having been in contact with someone who is sick.
- All workers must have personal protection equipment appropriate to the level of risk. And to have at their disposal, in the workplace, hydroalcoholic gels with authorized virucidal activity. Or when this is not possible, water and soap.
- All personnel must be trained and informed about the correct use of the aforementioned protective equipment. Hygiene measures for customers
