Incentives for the hiring of employees in the Community of Madrid in 2022 are approved. It is an initiative endowed with 8.2 million euros to promote hiring in companies located in the Community of Madrid. Thus promoting the encounter of these with young people with and without work experience. Aid of up to €8,000 for those who hire young workers under 35 years of age.

The Program to Stimulate the Hiring of Young People for Economic Recovery unifies two lines of aid. Firstly, “My First Job” and also the “Incentives for the Hiring of Young People”. It is included in the framework of the new European recovery instrument “Next Generation EU”.
It has four lines of aid aimed at hiring people under 35 years of age.
In the first place, we find the lines of Impulso a la Contratación en Prácticas. To promote the employability of both young university and vocational training students. It has an endowment of €4,500.
The second line is the one that promotes the Training and Apprenticeship Contract. Its objective is to integrate young people without qualifications into the labor market. It has an endowment of €5,000 for a duration of 12 months.
There is also the line aimed at promoting the stable hiring of young people. The aim of this line is to encourage the hiring of full-time permanent employees for a period of at least 12 months. It has an endowment of €5,500.
The last of the lines is called My First Job. This line is focused on young people without work experience or long-term unemployed. It subsidizes fixed-term contracts, as well as the conversion of these contracts into permanent contracts. It has an endowment of €1,000 per month, for a maximum period of 6 months.
Increase in subsidies
The first three lines will be increased by 500 Euros, in the event that the hired person has been dismissed since the declaration of the state of alarm, by virtue of RD 463/2020, of March 14, due to force majeure or due to economic, technical, organizational and production causes, provided that between the date of dismissal and the date of the new hiring they have not voluntarily left an indefinite-term employment relationship, in internships or in training and apprenticeship in the same or in a different company.
Additionally, the subsidy amounts indicated above will be increased by €500 in the event that the young people hired are women or belong to the group of trans persons in the terms defined in Article 1.2 of Law 2/2016.
The line “My first job” may be increased by €500 in the event that the young people hired are women or persons belonging to the trans collective. And it will be increased by another €3,000 if this contract is transformed into an indefinite-term contract at the end of its term, between days 181 to 210 of its duration.
