Grants for the stable employment of young people for Arrabe Integra. Grants awarded by the Community of Madrid with funding from the European Social Fund. The objective is the indefinite hiring of young people registered as beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. Or also registered as unemployed in any of the employment offices of the Community of Madrid. This hiring must involve a net increase in the level of permanent employment of the company, up to a maximum of 10 hires per beneficiary and year.

The Program “Impulso a la Contratación Estable de Jóvenes para la Recuperación Económica”, co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF), as part of the Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, within the framework of the ESF Regional Operational Program (Recovery Assistance for European Cohesion and Territories (REACT-EU)), together with the Regional Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid, have granted Arrabe Integra S. L. a grant of eleven thousand euros / €11,000 for two contracts of young people on permanent contracts.
The purpose of the “Stable Hiring of Young People” Program is to facilitate the stable labor insertion of young people through the establishment of incentives for the formalization of an indefinite-term contract.
Addressees
The purpose of this program is to improve the employability and promote the hiring of young people in the Community of Madrid.
Therefore, self-employed workers, companies and private non-profit entities were eligible for these subsidies. They had to be up to date with their tax and social security obligations.
The young people hired had to be under 35 years of age. In addition, they had to be registered as unemployed in one of the employment offices of the Community of Madrid. Or they had to be registered as beneficiaries in the National Youth Guarantee System File.
