This note serves as a general reminder that the credit available to companies for use as Bonuses for Continuing Training of their employees expires at the end of the year.

Bonuses for Continuing Training. Calculation.
All companies with at least 6 employees have a total credit of 420 euros. However, the formula for calculating the credit is based on applying a percentage to the professional training contributions made in the previous year. Based on the following scale:
- Companies with 6 to 9 employees: they have 100% of the contributions.
- Those with 10 to 49 employees: 75% of the contributions are available.
- From 50 to 249 workers: 60%.
- From 250 workers: you have 50%.
For this purpose, the average workforce between December´17 and November´18 will be taken into account.
Therefore, remember that if you have not made use of the available credit, you have until 31/12/2018 to do so. Except for those companies that have communicated their intention to accumulate the formative credit to that of the following two years. Communication that should have been made to the State Foundation for Training in Employment (FUNDAE) in the first half of the year. Since 1/01/2018, companies with fewer than 50 employees can accumulate their annual credit to that of the following two financial years.
