The Neotec women entrepreneurs program 2022 has been approved. These are grants for new business projects of innovative companies led by women.
This program is called by the Ministry of Science and Innovation. Specifically by the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI).

We see the characteristics of this program that will be open until April 19, 2022. In addition, it has a budget of 5,000,000 euros from the CDTI.

It is aimed at SMEs, self-employed and / or entrepreneurs, who are in charge of the following actions.

- Digitalization and Marketing
It can be framed both in Research and Science sectors, as well as other sectors or activities.
Neotec Women Entrepreneurs program 2022 grants
These grants are for the implementation of new business projects. Which require the use of technologies or knowledge developed from research activity. And in which the business strategy is based on the development of technology.
The aids will be requested for annual or multiannual actions. In any case, the eligible actions must start from January 1, 2023. However, they may end on December 31, 2023, if the project has a duration of one year. Or on December 31, 2024, if the project has a duration of two years. Subcontracting may be up to a maximum of 50% of the eligible budget.
Who can apply?
Small companies led by women, with a maximum age of 3 years from the date of submission of the application. They must be non-listed companies that have not distributed profits. In addition, they must have a minimum share capital, or share capital plus share premium, of €20,000, registered in the commercial registry.
Deadlines and application forms
The application deadline is from 17/02/2022 to 19/04/2022, at 12 noon.
The completion and submission of applications must be made by electronic means available at the electronic headquarters of the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology EPE.
Amount of the aid
The aids of this call will consist of subsidies that may reach up to 70% of the eligible budget of the action. However, they will have a maximum grant amount of 250,000 euros per beneficiary entity. The minimum eligible budget is €175,000.
Eligible expenses or actions
The costs derived from the start-up of a new business project of innovative companies will be financed. Provided that they are included in the business plan and are necessary for its development.
The following expenses may be financed. Firstly, investments in equipment. As well as personnel and material costs or external collaborations such as consultancy. Additionally, other costs such as rents, supplies, royalties and licenses, application and maintenance expenses for patents and other industrial property rights. Finally, insurance and expenses derived from the auditor’s report required in Annex IV of the call for proposals. The latter with a maximum limit of €2,000.
