On November 30th, the final of the XIII Mashumano Youth Awards will be held at IMPACT HUB. There, the selected young people will present their pitch to try to win the prize. During the day there will be talent shows, inspirational speeches, startup competition, and much more.
Mashumano Youth Awards
The Máshumano Youth Awards are an initiative of the Máshumano Foundation whose main objective is to promote and support the Socially Responsible Talent of young people. Through the previous calls, the Foundation has worked with young people supporting the creation of more humane companies that incorporate team management in the company’s strategic line. In addition, the Máshumano Foundation is a member of the Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment Strategy of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
The Awards are aimed at all those young people, whether natural or legal persons, aged between 14 and 30 years. All nationalities and residents of Spain who wish to provide solutions to the challenges of 21st century organisations through viable and sustainable proposals that respond to the real demands of more human companies and entities and who wish to be trained to acquire skills for the development and execution of business projects.
Three categories of participation are established in order to respond to the different social and business challenges that the different entities promoting the programme seek to solve.
- First Category: El Corte Inglés Special Prize for innovation at the service of retail.
- Second Category: Special Bankinter Award for the best solution for the integration of people with different abilities.
- Third Category: Mashumano Foundation Special Prize for Social Innovation.
Arrabe Integra. The best project in each category will receive a legal advice service. Carried out with the coordination of legal, tax and labour services.
