Importass is the new Social Security Treasury Portal for the processing and management focused on self-employed or not, as well as domestic employees.
Importass is a digital space adapted to mobile devices, accessible from the web, the Electronic Headquarters (SEDESS) and the Social Security app. It offers information and processing services. In addition, it incorporates a personal area where, regardless of their current employment situation, citizens can consult their data in a personalized way.
The portal is designed for the search of information and procedures can be carried out from any device in a simple, personalized and guided way.
Importass new portal of the Social Security Treasury
It has a personal area where the following procedures can be carried out:
- Consult and obtain reports, among others, on your employment situation. You can view your work life digitally.
- Get information and carry out procedures as a self-employed person.
- Get information and carry out procedures for domestic employment, registration and deregistration of the employee and modifications of the data of the employment relationship.
- Consult and modify your personal contact and address data.
- Check your current situation.
- Consult notifications in your Personal Area.
- Consult documents related to your household procedures.
- Simulate your household employment fee.
- Consult and pay debts to be up to date with your payments.
The portal has two parts, a main page or public access area, and a personal area.
In the public area you will find all the information you need to carry out any procedure or management in a friendly and understandable language. It also contains the services offered by the Treasury.
The personal area is a totally personalized space where you can access via SMS, Cl@ve or digital certificate. It immediately displays personal data, current situation, work life and your information if you work or have an employee in your home.
Utilities of the portal as a self-employed worker
Self-employed workers have a specific page where all the procedures you may need are grouped together, as well as the information you may require before using any service. There is also a guide, which provides answers to the most common questions.
The portal can be accessed from the Social Security website, from the Electronic Headquarters or from the Social Security APP. In all of them you will find a link to Importass.
The portal recommends Google Chrome, Windows Edge or Mozilla Firefox browsers. The use of Internet Explorer is not recommended.
In order to access the personal area and carry out online procedures, it is necessary to have some form of identification. We recommend having communicated a cell phone to the Treasury to enter via SMS, but of course it is also possible to use Cl@ve or an electronic certificate.
If you do not have any means of identification, we recommend that you consult how you can register in Cl@ve or communicate your cell phone in order to access via SMS (In the form, choose the category Citizen/worker and from there, select the procedure Communication and variation of contact details/ Domicile).
