Exceptional measures for intervention works in existing buildings.
- The suspension of all types of work involving intervention in existing buildings is established. In cases where the building in which they are to be executed contains persons not related to the activity of execution of the work. And that, due to their permanent or temporary location, or to circulation needs, and because of residence, work or other reasons, may interfere with the activity of execution of the work. Or with the movement of workers or transfer of materials.
- Exceptions to this suspension are the works referred to in the previous section in which, due to circumstances of sectorisation of the property, there is no interference with people not related to the activity of the work.
- Also excluded are specific works and projects carried out on the property for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs to installations and breakdowns. As well as surveillance tasks.
This order is in effect from the day of its publication, that is, 12 April 2020. It will remain in force until the end of the State of Alarm and its extensions. Or until there are circumstances that justify the approval of a new order that modifies the terms of the present one.
