The registry remains open because it is a public service. However, the public is served exclusively by telephone or e-mail. And it is by these means that any procedure must be requested, be it requests for simple notes, certifications, etc.

The collection of documents can be requested by courier or in person during the hours of 9:00 to 14:00.
We remind you that all registration periods are suspended. This includes the expiry of any registration entry that may be cancelled due to the passage of time. For example, an entry for presentation or a preventive seizure note. The calculation of the time limit will be resumed after the end of the alarm state.

Legalisation of accounting and commercial books

Although the exemption regulations issued by the Government do not mention the suspension of the deadlines for the presentation of books, since they do include the suspension of the deadlines for companies to formulate, approve and present annual accounts, it should be interpreted that the deadline for the presentation of books is also suspended until the end of the month following the deadline for the formulation of accounts.
