Digital Management with Social Security, known as the Red System, takes a new step forward in its objective of intensive use of new technologies in the ordinary management of the Organisation. Obliged by Law 39/2015, and Order ESS/214/2018 regulating the Electronic Data Submission System (RED) in the field of Social Security. Including the obligation of incorporation into the Network System of Self-Employed Workers, from 1 October 2018.
On this occasion we refer to the assignment of contribution account code, and numbers of affiliates to an Authorization of the Network System.
Digital Management with Social Security.
From 1 November 2019, the electronic processing of these authorisations is obligatory, a procedure that requires two steps:
- The main user of the authorization (advisor or professional) uses the service available in Sistema Red. In management of Authorizations/Assignment Rescission of Code Account Quotation or Number of Affiliation.
- The company itself or Self-employed accesses the Electronic Headquarters with a digital certificate of physical person or representation, cl@ve. Depending on the case and confirms that it wants to be with that Authorized.
As an exception:
- The in-person presentation of the authorisation form (FR103) will continue to be accepted in order to incorporate contribution account codes for Household Employees.
- The face-to-face presentation of the FR10 (Companies) will continue to be accepted. For the assignment of a code of the main contribution account of a newly created company of a very restricted and exceptional nature. And only when the urgency of the assignment is justified by the fact that it will have workers at its service and immediate. Furthermore, you cannot obtain the corresponding digital certificate before this.
Therefore, it is essential for the self-employed and in general for natural and legal persons, to obtain their own digital signature.
